What to Expect When You Come in the First Time
Everybody has a little apprehension or excitement when they first start. Just remember that is a good thing! When you start at CrossFit Rolesville you can come to any of our scheduled classes. When you arrive we’ll get you checked in, warmed up, introduce everyone in the class to you, teach you the fundamentals of the movements we are performing that day, and help you understand the specifics of the workout.
Our goal is to help you feel welcome and comfortable as quickly as possible. You won’t learn it all in one class, but stick with us for that first week, come learn as much as you can, and if you like what you see and feel (we think you will), we have great member pricing plans available!
